raised by vietnamese immigrants in san jose, california, and seattle, washington, the owners were immersed in vietnamese culture and inspired by the plethora of viet coffee shops. their love story was all about taking chances, including their move to sunny san diego and welcoming their furry sidekick - and yes, you guessed it, they named him Chance!
